Hey guys, a couple weeks ago all of those at Patriot Consulting spoke at the SQL Saturday event in Jacksonville, Florida. At this Star Wars themed community event, we were able to both enjoy and learn while in attendance of the presentations of others and also impart some of our knowledge upon those who attended our session. At UNF, where the event was held, each room was named after another planet.
We had people like Buck Woody from Microsoft sharing information at Tatooine.

And Hope Foley, also from Microsoft, in Coruscant.
Brian and Admira spoke on their session: Introduction to Azure Data Factory. Bailey McDonald and Dale Levesque spoke on their session: Power BI Basics! Design and Deliver Power(ful) BI Reports.
We enjoyed the sessions that we were able to attend as well as the Precons on the 3rd where we had a very informative Fabric presentation by Patrick LeBlanc from Microsoft and Guy in a Cube, and an Azure OpenAI presentation that helps us see where AI might take us in the future of Azure from a collaboration of speakers with Buck Woody among them. We had presenters from both the light and dark side donning their respective robes all while sharing important information on a variety of different software. It was all fun and games with everyone being able to get down to business for all of the great presentations. None of it would’ve been possible if not for Master Jeff Taylor and the army of event organizers and volunteers at his side. Lastly, there was additional support called in from other factions like Microsoft, Vystar, and other sponsors.
